Enterbio is an organic supermarket that is focused on selling fresh products. It sells directly from MercaMadrid, the biggest distribution platform in Spain and serves to any point of Spain. The Problem

Enterbio’s main problem was a huge cart abandonment rate. As most of online supermarkets, Enterbio average cart contains lots of products (>15 products per cart), so recovering part of the abandoned carts could imply to remarkably increase their sales and conversion.

The Solution

After analyzing their current processes and online store, we decided to integrate our E-Mail Retargeting Solution, with the following strategy:

  • Send a first email to recover abandoned carts 1 hour after the cart has been abandoned in the online store.
  • If not recovered, send a second email 24 hours after that.
